I loved this film! One of my friends had recommended it to me on the basis that I enjoyed 'the Immitation Game'. It's a true story that tackles racism and sexism that was involved at NASA during the moon landing in 1969. It follows a group of women that history has seemingly forgotten about, called the Calculators, who were a group of highly educated black women who did all the heavy calculations for the mission. It is a story that you come away feeling so strongly that people were wronged, and almost angry at society, but filled with admiration for the women who kept silent about their part all these years.
