There are a few scenes that make this movie questionable for young audiences, though it is clearly designed to be a family movie. Despite the rather unique circumstances/skill sets of the father that make the story line work, it is a very relatable story, perhaps especially for those who have experienced divorce in some way. The ending is heartwarming without being too far fetched.
