If you want to experience all the cliché elements of horror with a modern twist then American Horror Story is the television series for you! I absolutely adored the second series, Asylum. Jessica Lange brought the much loved and anticipated grace, depth and seduction to her character, Sister Jude Martin. Fans who fell in love with Evan Peter's Tate Langdon from Season 1, fell head over heels in love with Peter's portrayal of Kit Walker. I feel that Season 2 truly launched Sarah Paulson into the spotlight with her character Lana Winters - a successful lesbian journalist and a beautiful character to stumble upon in the American Horror Story world. I truly recommend for anyone with a fear of the old fashioned mental institutions as they are truly exposed in this series. Also expect the mention of aliens!
