The Departed

The way that Scorsese connects the dots in this film is impressive - telling the narrative in a revitive and engaging way, even when the story isn’t actually that complex in reality. It is about two inside men - one working for the police who is actual a part of the local irish mob, and the other who is an undercover police officer pretending to be a gangster working under Jack Nicholson. The acting in this film is amazing with great cameos from local Boston legends. One of Scorsese’s best!
