Definitely not as good as the first movie, but this sequel definitely has its moments. Far too much attention is spent getting to know the royal family and their relationship with Aurora, yet the reason we are watching the movie is not for them. Maleficent (Angelina Jolie) could have definitely used more screen time! Yet the quirky fairies and mystical creatures, along with the impressive visuals, keep this movie worth watching at least once.
