Kick-Ass is one of the most (shockingly) badass movies I've ever watched. A modern and realistic take on superheroes, this movie features an 11-year-old vigilante which is so incredible to watch. This movie isn't your typical Marvel/superhero movie and I definitely recommend it to those who love action and superhero movies.

I liked this movie and the idea of the storyline but I hate when movies build up the plot and then there’s an abrupt ending. This is one of those movies. However, super bad ass characters especially the little girl, but may not be suited for kids.

An exciting and off the walls take on a more realistic super hero story. If you don't mind violence then I'd recommend this film for sure. It start off with a comic book lover just dealing with his high school life. It isn't until he gets the desire to be like a hero he reads about does his journey begin becoming Kick Ass. I love the very relatable desire he has to be a hero and the realistic path he takes to fulfill that dream. It's no Marvel movie but it's great.
