The first in the franchise, and in my opinion, the best. This focusses on characters, and how they are gonna get out of the trap, rather than just gore. The first Saw I actually not showing much, which in turn, makes it more brutal to watch. Some of the acting is pretty over the top, and the plot twist while pretty cool, is unnecessary, still, I enjoy this movie quite a lot.
