Speak No Evil
This remake of the Dutch/Danish original took a concept and helped build better suspense, more character depth, a better soundtrack, and a happier ending with a longer final struggle sequence (as opposed to folding over like a cheap tent in the original). The characters have more context allusions for who they are and why they are the way they are.
