RH3 is a decent film that underwhelms its predecessors unfortunately. It definitely gave enough substance for me to come out of the theater happy I went to see it and paid money, but in no way is as good as PRIME JACK CHAN and PRIME CHRIS TUCKER. The first two films were so quotable.
