Speak No Evil

Compared to the American remake, a lot of scenes in this original were more disturbing to me than the American version. The concept, theme, and message are largely the same, but this one has the protagonists accept that they let what happened happen to them and therefore accepted their death. The American version has the protagonists empowered to fight back. The original has the main motive to be the thrill of the hunt and killing for killing itself, whereas the American remake has a financial motive which makes things a bit more believable. I didn’t like how the suspenseful and ominous music started way too early in this movie before anything bad actually happens.
