This film has one of the best scenes in all of cinema. *This review will contain spoilers* The scene where Harrison Ford is cornered my Tommy Lee Jones' character in the middle of the film (a moment that happens in all great chase films) is just a brilliantly well directed, written, and acted scene. When Ford's character says what he's been wanting to say the entire film, "I didn't kill my wife!" it's a cathartic moment for the viewers. Only to have Lee's character follow it by saying, "I don't care". It is at this moment where you realise that Ford and Lee are in two different stories. Ford's whole world in the movie is finding his wife's killer and proving his innocence. But Lee is just doing his job and that is all he cares about. It's such a punch to the stomach and that is why it is so amazing. Just great cinema.
