There is so much I can say about this show. For starters, the swearing at the beginning is a bit much, but I've got family out in Chicago, and they say that is Chicago. If you have seen Shameless, well, it wasn't all that different. Speaking of Shameless, Jeremy Allen White's acting is fantastic; EVERYONE's acting is breathtaking! You go through the emotions they are! You find yourself crying for them, laughing at them as if they are your friends, rooting for them similarly. They bring such beautifully complex characters to life and pack them into 35+ minute episodes you binge in two days, leaving you crying because you want more. I can see why it swept the awards this past season; they deserved it.
