Octopussy, or Grandpa Roger vs. Jimmy Fallon-lookalike Forgering Art and Nuclear Risks. Just very bad. A basically non-existing plot that drives 007 to places and a few set pieces with poor choreography and women conveniently showing too much skin yet "helping" in the battle. Kamal Kan, as mentioned, is just a bad bad guy. He steals art and, conveniently, also has nuclear weapons? Octopussy (re: not a woman with eight vaginas) definitely lands a good place in the Worst Bond Girls list. Probably not her fault, but it looks like there was zero motivation for her character. A humongous step back from what previous films achieved. This is a mix of all the bad and all the mistakes previous Bond movies made, adding to the mix new ones. I'm afraid there'll be no more witty puns soon, let's see what the last of Granpa Moore has for us.
