Godzilla

Despite its shortcomings and missed opportunities, Godzilla still remains the important chapter of the long-running movie monster.

2023.12.23 ゴジラ映画？？？？いや最後の２割しかゴジラ出てこなかったんですけど。 ずっと違う怪獣MUTO(ムートー)の映画でした。 後映像暗すぎてせっかくのシーンがよく見えませんでした。 ゴジラの造形はカッコ良かったけど…これはゴジラ映画とは思えません。ゴジラがでてきた映画って感じ。 最後のゴジラのシーン数秒だけゴジラ映画でした。

고질라를 모르는 세대라 막판에 고질라가 우릴 구해준다 우리친구다 우리편이다가 너무 당혹스러웠음 자잘한 글을보고 원래 원작이 그렇구나 하지만 나에게는 아쉬운 스토리 액션도 그리 팡팡 터지진 않음

Not a bad movie at all. Visual effects are impressive and the storyline is decently good. If you ever watched the old version of Godzilla, you may have expected something completely different. Yet, the movie is good and manages to entertain the public for most of the time.

I actually really liked this film. Godzilla is a known Japanese anti-hero creature that consistently saves japan from villains; this modern take on the old films is fun and action packed. To brig Godzilla to life is an exciting concept and I recommend!

A really great improvement for the monster film genre. It really did a number on the theater I went to see the film at. I just remember the crowd screaming so loud when we first see how large the creature is. From the archival opening credits to the shots of the soldiers jumping out of the planes and gliding on their flysuits, I was thoroughly impressed. It fell flat in certain areas but in terms of the visuals, it was definitely a delight for me.

Yet another adaptation of Godzilla, this version was nothing special to me. The special effects were obviously better than the older versions, but I found myself losing interest towards the end of the movie. The acting was quite good and the actors did a great job, however.
