A wonderful choreograph Samurai film. I havent watched the anime nor read the manga but I'm guessing that this movie may have left a lot to desire if you are a fan. The film seemed rush at times. it didn't elaborate more on character build up. the only character build up was the main protagonist Manji and Rin. Everyone else was a piece of cardboard to cut or just to have a foe. Some of the film focus should have also been Kagehisa who plays a big role in the story however his screen time was cut short. The finale left me with a lot to desire and had me reconsider wasting over two hours of my life.
