In the summer of 1941, the United States and Japan seem on the brink of war after constant embargos and failed diplomacy come to no end. "Tora! Tora! Tora!", named after the code words use by the lead Japanese pilot to indicate they had surprised the Americans, covers the days leading up to the attack on Pearl Harbor, which plunged America into the Second World War.

아주 담백하고 깔끔하다. 군더더기가 없으니 인물들에 대한 성격이나 미국이나 일본의 기질적인 부분도 생각할 수 있는 여백이 있어 훌륭하고. 그때 분위기나 감정도 연상할 수 있고 세트가 구식인것도 옛날 영화 느낌이나서 꼭 내 취향이네. 우리나라 역사에 대한것도 이렇게 볼수 있는 영화가 있으면 좋겠는데. 감상적인 것,감정적인것 배제하고 당시의 방향성이나, 이런게 한국인 기질이구나, 이런 역사가 있었구나 할수 있는 그런 거.
