Bad Boys II

Micheal Bay can still make a good action film. I know it is almost a meme to hate on the director, but he can still be very entertaining. Will Smith and Martin Lawrence, are both very funny and have great chemistry on set. The story isn't that good nor memorable, and it is very cliché, but as cliché action movies go, this one is fine.

This movie was pretty fun to watch. The action sequences were really well done, and there were tons of them. I noticed, however, that it was a lot more violent than the first one. The chemistry between Will Smith and Martin Lawrence is truly great. If you've seen the first one, I would definitely recommend watching the second.

It's by no means a perfect film, but it's an action movie with a heart and a mind, built to do much more than just make you feel as if you've endured a visual pummeling.
