Young Dorothy finds herself in a magical world where she makes friends with a lion, a scarecrow and a tin man as they make their way along the yellow brick road to talk with the Wizard and ask for the things they miss most in their lives. The Wicked Witch of the West is the only thing that could stop them.

The Wizard Of Oz is a high fantasy, magic and wizardry children's novel, written by the late author, L. Frank Baum, turned into a magical movie adaptation by directors; Victor Fleming, Mervyn LeRoy, King Vidor, George Cukor and Norman Taurog. Audience members cannot help but fall in love with the sweet Dorothy, the brainless scarecrow, the cowardly lion and the tin man! Not to mention little Toto! An adventure up the yellow brick road that viewers cannot help but get excited for!

This is a classic, old movie that represents how movies were during the 1930’s. The story is lacking in excitement and adventure but the idea behind it is inventive. In today’s standards, this movie is a terrible movie, but I would say it is worth watching once to appreciate movies in the olden days.
