Not the best film but it is nostalgic for people my age. As a child it was very funny and entertaining to watch and it will always have that image to me. All kids should watch it for a laugh or two. The actor does a good job of portraying a childhood favorite. I can be for propel of all ages

I was excited to see the Cat in the Hat being put to live action but to be honest it was very creepy and you can see in the movie the acting wasn’t too great and it was very uncomfortable in some parts of it. I know it was suppose to be a comedy but I just didn’t see the comedy in it.

This was really disappointing, given that the Cat in the Hat story is such a beloved classic of a book. The visuals were not believable, the story was stretched too thin, and the acting just wasn't so great. I wouldn't recommend this movie. Enjoy the book, instead.

A live action adaptation of the famous Dr. Seuss book leaves much to be desired. Instead of being a nice family comedy like the animated movies are, the live action Cat is very creepy in appearance and makes the entire movie rather unsettling.
