Sometimes I wonder how much money Academy Award winning actor George Clooney gets for his roles in movies with such ambition and equally devastating execution... On first impression, "Tomorrowland" is exquisitely stunning in terms of screenplay's visuals. BUT (and it is a big but) I found the script for the futuristic science fiction rodeo just too much because it provides us with too little. The energy found at the beginning of the adventure soon dwindled and the notion of dramatics evaporated. All elements of the movie did not match up with one another and it just felt messy and dis-interesting to watch.

There's not much to say about this movie. It was pretty mediocre. I wish I could have enjoyed it more because it seemed like fun, but honestly it was pretty forgettable. If you asked me to tell you what happens in this film I probably couldn't. Except that it's kind of about the future. Just pretty meh.

I feel like I can feel Tomorrowland’s mucky,-plot-hole-ridden fingers all over the script for this film, which certainly has an interesting idea and some great visuals buried under big studio requirements. Overall I can’t say I was a fan of this one. I wanted to leave the theater but had paid $15 for the ticket. It was too PG for me, as well.
