Even as a kid I wasnโt really fond of this film. I think it was only because of the bugs. It also very frustrating to see all the problems jay could be so easily solved or not a big deal if they were normal sized. So it was just really frustrating to watch them struggle so much ๐๐

"Honey, I Shrunk the Kids" is definitely the film to show to your children or younger siblings to stop them from eavesdropping or snooping on your belongings without permission or your knowledge... Director Joe Johnston's fantastical film is nothing but a whirlwind of laughter with such a ridiculous plot that can't help but bring a smile to your face!

The plot line is pretty tacky by today's standards, but it's a cute movie to take you back to the 80's. I think that adults and older kids alike could enjoy this comedy. It's not a classic masterpiece, but it's not bad, either. There are some things that I might not want to show kids (parents smoking, some scary scenes), but it might be alright for older kids who can get past those things.

From what I remember, this movie was pretty good! The scientist dad shrinks his kids! Basically the title explains it all. In this movie you follow them on an adventure as they figure out how they were shrunk and how to get back to normal again!

To be honest I don't clearly remember every detail of this film since its been so long since I've seen it, but I do remember it was a enjoyable film. A father who accidentally shrinks his kids is clearly a entertaining plot. This film was actually being shown at the 3D theater at Disneyland for the longest time, so it has to be good right?
