“Jack I swear” no matter how many times I rewatch this, it’s always a roller coaster of emotions.. from euphoria to depression to happiness to anxiety..would definitely torture myself and watch it again

監督が言っていた。 『これを見る前、人は”ゲイカウボーイムービー”という。しかし、見終わったらラブストーリーだという。』と。 まさにその通りだった。 私も何となく男のラブシーンかぁ～☆なんて興味本位な気持ちで見てみた。 でもなんか、そんなんじゃなく、本当に愛っていうテーマで、悲しいラブストーリーだった。 そういう時代だったから、ゲイっていうのを隠さなきゃいけなかったのかな。とか、いろいろ複雑な背景があるんだろうな。。まぁ、今の時代もまだまだ偏見の目がありすぎるけど。 性別や人種でもいろんな差別がある。 差別って消えない。 なんか、説明できないけど後に残ったこの物悲しさが消えない。 愛って。。。。 ☆☆☆☆★　4.5点　LOVE STORY PS　そういや、おもろい発言が…こんな感想述べた後にいうもんじゃないけど、見る前いわれて、チョーウケたので、発表☆ Broke back my butt...... どうでしょう？？？？？？。。。。。。。。。

I truly love this movie and it really makes me emotional and feel for both the characters and their struggles with sexuality, hiding it from their real life. I am so glad the movie, speaking of "love" once considered taboo, brought it to open audiences, winning a deserving award of the Academy Award for Best Director.
