This is a really good, stressful movie. It will keep you hooked just trying to find out if their plan actually works or not. It deals with political tensions that are all too real. This film is innovative and worthy of every award it was given.

It is pretty crazy that this film won best picture at the Academy Awards. It is a solid film but in no way deserved this worthy award. The film did a great job of telling an unbelievable but true story in the middle east of a team that pretended to make a film as a disguise for a rescue mission. Shot well and acted well. Average.

This film is a true story that is based in Iran, and tells a an amazing story that you would assume is fake from the far-fetched plot. The film is directed by, and stars Ben Afflek who I also enjoy watching, and since he is also the director, he manages to convey what he actually envisined which I always think makes for an interesting watch. The film is about the crisis involving the hostages taken at the US embassy in Iran, and how the CIA came up with a Sci-Fi plot in order to shoot their scenes in Iran and thereby gain access to save the American people. It was a fantastic story that really needed to be told.
