This movie isn't that great in regards to story, acting, characters, etc. It's just not. But that's now where I find the appeal in this movie. I think the sets, environments, and especially the racing scenes are so unique. This film forgoes realism and instead goes for full artistic expression (especially in the racing scenes). The race in this movie was really really good, and it's a shame the rest of the movie didn't hold up.
