All time fav. Can’t get enough of this contemporary version of Sherlock Holmes. Rewatch until I can remember the lines.

Sherlock is a brilliantly written, well acted show. The story had me hooked from the start. All the elements of the original Sherlock Holmes are present and correct. So far most of the original characters have appeared, with hints of more yet to appear. It is suspenseful and sometimes genuinely funny. I would definitely recommend this series to mystery lovers.

I'm not the biggest fan of the show, but it is still pretty good. Cumberbatch and Freeman are good in their roles. I despise the way Moriarty is acted. He is more a bootleg joker than the most intelligent man on earth. The writing also becomes faulty, relying more on keeping information from the audience, in order to make Sherlock seem more impressive, rather than write him intelligently. It okay all in all.
