Sick, twisted, politically incorrect and Freakin' Sweet animated series featuring the adventures of the dysfunctional Griffin family. Bumbling Peter and long-suffering Lois have three kids. Stewie (a brilliant but sadistic baby bent on killing his mother and taking over the world), Meg (the oldest, and is the most unpopular girl in town) and Chris (the middle kid, he's not very bright but has a passion for movies). The final member of the family is Brian - a talking dog and much more than a pet, he keeps Stewie in check whilst sipping Martinis and sorting through his own life issues.

At the time of its release, family guy season 1 was very good due to its current pop culture references however new viewers may be lost and confused at some of the jokes in the earlier seasons because they will not know where the references are coming from.

This is an incredible TV series, it has such a wide array of characters that it is impossible to not get attached to at least one or a few of the characters in the show. The ups and downs will always have you returning for the next episode.

I was never a big fan of Family Guy. I didn’t find the show terribly interesting and the jokes never landed for me. The show, I’ll admit, had its moments that could be decently funny. Other than that, I’ve never found the show that amazing.
