The intercutting with the police interviews feels a little repetitive, other than that great show. I’m quite touched by the ending.

This series is amazing. It was produced and directed by Reece Witherspoon's company, the same one that produced Gone Girl. I think the acting is amazing, and I really like the fact that the producers made the women have much less conventional characteristics to what we normally see on-screen. The women are all very complex and have their individual problems that they have to deal with, but eventually come together to achieve a common goal. The way in which it was filmed was also incredible with beautiful shots filmed in Australia, and having police interviews interjecting at many points in the episodes so that you've got to try and piece together the story. There is also a book, which the series remains true to, but I actually prefer the series. There is also meant to be a second season where Meryl Streep also plays a main character.
