Rampageシリーズの最終作であり監督ウーヴェ・ボル引退作品。今回は大統領、副大統領、国防長官を殺害し、尚且つFBIを誘い出して殲滅させます。今回も上流階級、リッチ層への嫌悪、反米、アンチハリウッド等主人公ビルを介しての主張が目立ちます。しかし、今回は賛同者が現れ、ビルの戦いを手助けするなど多少の変化が起こります。そして、最後にはビルの願いである人々を目覚めさせ、行動を起こさせることに成功します。と書いてきましたが、作り的には独白をメインに過去のシリーズ作品の映像を挟みながら、時系列を多少前後させて進行して行くので、前作と似たり寄ったりな映画になってます。今作も主張を繰り返すだけなので観ていてかなり疲れます。最後の方はベトナム戦争映画かよ、と思いました。
