It's the year UC 0223. With the Earth Federation collapsed, a new govenment has risen: The Congress of Settlement Nations (CONSENT). This new government tries to cover up the discovery of a new enzyme that could change humankind by feeding millions of who are starving to death. However, a rebel group led by Mark Curran tries to prevent this from happening.

ｶﾞﾝﾀﾞﾑ生誕20周年記念と銘打たれ製作されたCGｱﾆﾒｰｼｮﾝ含む実写版ｶﾞﾝﾀﾞﾑ。 時代は宇宙世紀0223。 (ちなみにｱﾑﾛやｼｬｱが初めて登場した「1stｶﾞﾝﾀﾞﾑ」は宇宙世紀0079) 映像化されている宇宙世紀ｼﾘｰｽﾞで最も先の時代を描いています。 しかしその作品ｸｵﾘﾃｨはどうだろうか？ やや疑問の残る作品でした。 よかったらﾁｪｯｸしてみて下さいな♪
