My Neighbor Seki And Rumi's Phenomenon

Haru Yoshida is an unpredictable, problemetic boy and Shizuku Mizutani is an overchieving but emotionally distant girl; both are unsociable high school students. The two are allocated adjacent seats in school and Shizuku is tasked to deliver class notes to Haru's home as the latter play truant. From then, Haru sees Shizuki as a friend, and confesses that he likes Shizuku. Shizuku, who is indifferent to Haru's affections initially, grows to understand Haru and eventually becomes attracted to the boy.
