Liam Neeson nails it as Frank Drebin Jr. in this hilarious reboot of the classic spoof. Directed by Akiva Schaffer, the 85-minute comedy delivers rapid-fire gags, clever wordplay, and absurd slapstick, with Pamela Anderson stealing scenes as a femme fatale. The plot—a bank heist and mind-control conspiracy—is a thin excuse for the laughs, but the film stumbles slightly in a cluttered third act. Neeson’s deadpan brilliance, paired with sharp supporting performances from Paul Walter Hauser and Danny Huston, keeps the energy high. A few jokes miss, but this fresh, nostalgic take proves the Naked Gun still has bite. 4/5 stars.
