The Campaign

I love Will Farrell's roles, and this film is especially funny! It follows Will Farrell's character as he pursues his already existing seat to remain as senator. However, this year he has a rival, who is unknown to the world of politics, but feels like just because you have money, doesn't mean that you should automatically become a senator. A fierce competition between the two men ensues, and they both deploy tactics which are hilarious.

Though a little but one-dimensional, this movie is hilarious in a raunchy, dumb jokingly way. It speaks a lot about the political atmosphere recently, so the commentary is very applicable to life today. I enjoyed the satirical humor.

The Will Ferrell and Zach Galifianakis comedy duo give a great performance in this movie about two men who are running against each other for the title of Mayor in their town and will do anything to beat their opponent. Great movie full of many laughs and memorable jokes.
