Andy Stitzer has a pleasant life with a nice apartment and a job stamping invoices at an electronics store. But at age 40, there's one thing Andy hasn't done, and it's really bothering his sex-obsessed male co-workers: Andy is still a virgin. Determined to help Andy get laid, the guys make it their mission to de-virginize him. But it all seems hopeless until Andy meets small business owner Trish, a single mom.

Steve Carell is never a bad choice. As most of his movies, "The 40 year old virgin" is hilarious. The story of a man who has never had sexual intercourse will make you laugh continously. However, it is not only fun: this production (maybe closer to a romcom than pure comedy) teaches us about what the true meaning of relationships is and how they can exist, even for a 40 yearl old virgin.

My favorite comedy of all time and to me, next to Anchorman, the most quotable film of all time. This movie established my love for Steve Carrell and made me realize he can perform such vastly different roles to perfection. The whole cast of this film eventually got famous for their comedic genius. There’s not a single dull moment in this amazing rom-com film about a guy trying to lose his virginity at 40 with a little help from his friends.

I think this is such a funny film that is probably bad to make fun of a 40-year old virgin, but it is truly hilarious. When his work colleges find out that he's a virgin they make it their mission to try and change the situation. They prefer to go down the clubbing route and visit strip clubs. Meanwhile the main character would prefer to date a woman he really likes in a neighbouring store. He must decide whether he's going to listen to his sex-obsessed coworkers or whether he's going to keep pursuing something that he thinks is right. Overall the film has a happy ending, but the journey for getting to that point is one of the funniest films I've ever watched.
