수아는 분명 이우진이 흔들리는 걸 알앗을 건데 그걸 다독이거나 설득하거나 할 생각 하지 않고 외부 상황 때문에 우진이가 자기를 더 이상 사랑하지 않는 세계를 없애 버리기 위해 스스로 죽어서 영원히 가슴속에 콱 박힌 게 진짜 슬픈 여자임 친금자씨랑 올드보이 둘 다 복수가 끝나고 허망한 사람들한테 그래도 옆에 자기를 사랑해주는 사람을 붙여줌으로써 그 사람들에게 살아갈 힘을.. 줫다는게 참 좋은 거 같음 근데 복수하는사람(올드보이 이자 유지태)이 죽고 복수당한사람(최민식)은 살고.. 그치만 온전하게 사는게 딱히 아니고.. 암튼간에 복수가 얼마나 사람을 매마르게 하고 이뤄낸다한들 허망하게 하는지 너무 잘표현함

The plot was really offensive and disgusting, but the movie itself was so well made. Directing, editing, cinematography, acting, original score, aesthetics, screenplay... just masterpiece. What a strong experience

이 영화를 안 본 사람의 눈을 살 수만 있다면…

알아도 다시 보게되는 영화. 반전이란 내용이 불량식품처럼 가끔 생각이 난다.

this movie is different from lady vengeance in the sense that the vengeance is being carried out but the antagonist, which i liked. it flipped maybe what most people expect from a revenge-driven thriller. it’s definitely a super unique thriller that leaves its mark stylistically and thematically, and i can’t help but give points for originality (bc literally who could’ve come up with a plot twist like that??) but i can’t say i enjoyed the movie, if that makes sense. it was so good, but so fucking weird. whether to give park chan wook his flowers or get him help i’m not sure. 🤷🏽‍♀️

속이 뒤틀리는 순정 압도하는 불쾌감을 외피로 한 여운에 집어삼켜지는 기분이다.
