Midway

Some great action sequences, but otherwise pretty boring movie. There are a lot better war movies out there to watch. Worth a watch once, but you won’t be coming back to watch this again.

실화 자체로 이야기라는 핑계로 조용한 전쟁이 진행된다. 얄팍한 비유와 대사, 약한 사운드, 볼것없는 시각적 요소들로 판을 쳐놓았다. 서스펜스가 없는 전쟁 영화. 독특한 플롯, 서스펜스가 없는 뻔한 영상물에 그친다.

뻔한 미국 영웅담. 하지만 일본을 죽여줘서 감사함.

솔직히 영화의 만듦새는 엉망, 하지만 그렇게 말하던 운명의 5분은 그 자체만으로도 가치가 있다. 제작비는 여기다가 다 쏟아부은겨?

If you are a fan of Pear Harbor or history movies depicting WW2 events, I highly recommend seeing Midway. The movie shows the battle from both the United States and Japenese sides. I found the movie very enjoyable and look forward to when it comes out on a streaming service so I can watch it again.
