Tropic Thunder is one of my all-time favorites. It's one of these movies that should be terrible, but is actually amazing, and not because it's amazing in an amazingly terrible kind of way but because it's actually amazing. It's is a spoof on not just war films, but Hollywood in general and is relatively complex for a film of this type. Robert Downey Jr is particularly good in it.
