マンマ・ミーア! ヒア・ウィー・ゴー

There is nothing I love more than ABBA songs, and the star-studded cast makes it even better. It's such a feel-good movie for all the family, and despite it being very similar to the first film, you find yourself singing and dancing along constantly throughout the film. The film adds in a new character with Lily James playing the young Donna. The film constantly flicks in between Sophie's current day situation and how it parallels her mother's earlier life. There was definitely more of an emotional element in the film, and I know I cried at quite a few points in the film. The overall feeling of the film is very uplifting, and if you're ever feeling down, this film is sure to cheer you up.

The only bad thing I can say about this movie is the plot lacked every so often, but it makes up for it by bringing out all the things we loved about the first film. It'll make you laugh, cry, sing, and dance along in your seat. Who doesn't love a good Abba musical? After I watched this film, I immediately wanted to watch it again. But I couldn't so I just downloaded the album on Spotify and listened to that over and over. Just a great summer movie.

BEST OF FAVORITE MOVIES EVER!

They say sequel is never good as the original. This movie takes a direction that is a little different. Watching this movie takes you back to the time you watched the first Mamma Mia. Listening to the soundtracks once more in the theater is moving. But this movie also shows how the time has flown away quickly. So very mixed feeling after watching this.
