猿の惑星 聖戦記(グレート・ウォー)

The Planet of the Apes franchise was certainly restored by the new trilogy that was made. The apes are now in full-born communication mode, can speak broken English, and are using animals and manmade weapons to their advantage. All out warefare even though this is not what Caesar wanted. He’s realizing having the power and freedom might require more than he expected. A necessary watch (also offers insight on warfare tactics which was super interesting!

I feel like this series really went downhill after the first movie. The first movie had more plot and this movie felt more of an action filled movie. It didn't really portray the apes like it did in the first movie. It was just war.

I watched this movie on a plane and definitely helped having a good flight. I loved it. The storyline is unexpected and the development of the movie is smooth and engaging. No doubts, I would watch it again.
