What a great movie! This was honestly such a jolt from the usual feel of Marvel movies, but honestly that’s for the best. The Guardians are not like the Avengers on earth. They have their own style of doing things, so it would make sense that their movies would feel different. Guardians was the first Marvel movie that felt like a comic book movie. It had the colours and the humour. It didn’t fully go all the way, but it took us to fabulously interesting planets and places. And Chris Pratt, man what a guy. The film also has one of the best opening sequences in any Marvel film. So amazing!!

Chris Pratt does a great job at showing how awesome the Star Lord can be through his quick wit and funny jokes. The main thing that makes this film so amazing is the side characters that join the crew along the way. The characters are all very lovable and feel like a big family.
