This is a film that is based on the best-selling series, about sexuality and the dynamics between different kinds of relationships. Certainly a film that one’s girlfriend might have dragged you into and you were “reluctantly” having to go in and see. I think that there was definitely more of a plot with this film compared with the first, which made for a more interesting watch as Ana attempts to find where she fit's into Christian's world.

This movie talks about sexuality and adult-themed things. In my opinion, it lacks a plot and there are not many new developments from the first movie. I felt the story just was not there and I would not watch it again.

Both Christian and Anastasia are still the main characters of this sequel. It is again all about them, but from a different perspective. Less sex and more romance, you will finally see how the couple develops engages into a more serious relationship. It is ok if you enjoy romance
