이 거대한 우주에 우리만 존재한다는것은 공간의 낭비다

I think the 1980s and 90s film industry was the best time for sci-fi films, and so seeing this came out in 1997 i have high hopes. Sci-fi can sometimes be overdone, but back then it seemed to be the genre of originality. I have to admit I have never heard of this film until recently, but I’m sure I’ll see it soon.

우주로 향하는 이유는 무엇일까 모두가 다르겠지만

엘리너 박사가 어릴 적 소녀일 때. 아빠가 쓰러져 소녀가 약을 가지러 가는 장면. 거울 속에 소녀가 비치는데 난 그 모습을 촬영하는 줄 알았다. 근데 그게 아니라 찬장에 있는 거울로 달려가는 씬을 연출한 게 좋았다. 엘리너 박사가 외계인을 만나러 가는 과정에 웜홀에 들어가는 씬이 있다. 그때 박사의 얼굴이 웜홀로 들어가면 들어갈 수록 일그러지며 에러가 난 것처럼 연출이 된다. 그 후 박사의 얼굴은 마치 포토샵으로 눈코입을 막 붙여놓은 것처럼 이질감 들게 연출 되는 장면이 좋았다.

Contact goes on to talk about one of the age-old debate of religion vs. science and no matter what you believe, this movie is a must see for everyone. A perfectly refreshing film with lots to say, great acting, and directing along with astounding sound techniques and special effects.

The Movie itself contains no "real, physical" contact to Aliens. The most time it plays on earth showing the political threats and actions behind a discover like this. It seems that the creators also relied a lot on the Imagination of the viewer to create a world behind the movie story line.
