I have not read “The Hobbit” , but as just a viewer of the film I found this one lacking depth. What I’ve heard from others who have read the book, there is not as much action in he book and it is more about the journey of Bilbo Baggins; I didn’t need to be told that to realize there was too much un-needed action scenes.
