This movie felt very flat. There was no exciting twist and the characters themselves were highly predictable. I felt myself being distracted by everything except for this movie and was not as impressed as I had expected to be. I personally believe the worst sin that this movie committed was the extreme disparate nature of the main character while acting as the boy versus acting as the hero. It made the character appear to be potentially bipolar and did not have the weight it should have especially in the extremely dramatic moments of the story.
