"Over The Hedge" may not be a classic animation but there is no doubt that the digital gang of raccoons, turtles, porcupines, possums, skunks and squirrels are absolutely lovable! The movie provides us with a social critique from their point of view in such a cute, fun and clever way. The jokes provided in the script are appreciated by all members of the audience as they tend to have a deeper meaning. The star-studded voice work truly brings all of this to life to create an amusing and entertaining screenplay.

"Over the Hedge" is truly funny and really cute. The plot is solid and will keep the entire family engaged and laughing throughout. It's not a lasting, timeless movie, but I'd say that it hasn't yet reached being "outdated". This movie makes a great choice for family movie night.

I remember repeatedly watching this movie when it first came out. Over the Hedge is by no means a great piece of cinematography, but it is entertaining and actually has some funny parts. I wouldn't watch it again now that I'm much older, but little me did enjoy it quite a lot.
