高宮菜穂(土屋太鳳)が高校2年を迎えた春、10年後の未来の自分から一通の手紙が届く。「過去にいる10年前の私へ 26歳になった私には、後悔していることがたくさんあります。あなたにはこの先 たくさんの喜びや幸せが待っています。どうか その幸せをこぼさないように 大切なものを 失わないで――」そこに書かれていたのは、菜穂が転校生の成瀬翔(山崎賢人)を好きになり、そして翔が1年後には死んでしまっているということだった。最初はイタズラと思っていた菜穂だったが、手紙に書かれていることが次々と実際に起こり、菜穂は次第に手紙を信じるようになっていく。やがて10年後の後悔が 、翔を救うことができなかったことだと知る菜穂。なぜ翔を失ってしまうのか。26歳の自分と同じ後悔を繰り返さないためにはどうすればいいのか……。10年後の想いを知った菜穂は、菜穂のいちばんの理解者であるサッカー少年・須和弘人(竜星涼)や、クールな姉御肌の茅野貴子(山崎紘菜)ら仲間たちとともに自らの未来を変えていく決意を固める……。

A gem and my favorite movie. Majority of the scenes feel warm and calming but idk if it’s expected but there are still dramatic but beautiful, melancholic themes. But still, it’s really nice and a must watch especially if you’re a teen. It’s tagged as a romance film but it really isn’t and it’s so much more than that which is why I love it. It’s focused on friendship and slightly family. Lots of good lessons. Really a must watch 😵💫

Another typical Japanese high school movie, but with some science fiction twists. The movies seems typically cliche in the beginning, but takes an unexpected turn and you find yourself waiting to see what happens next. A great high school romance film with some surprising components.
