The Prestige sets upon a journey of setup, builds them up countless times and when it starts paying them off, you can't help but feel extremely satisfied. Although devoid of well developed characters, Nolan visibly doesn't need them to make a movie this compelling and clever.

Fullfiled of fabulous details, (not only visually speaking) impressing complexity while beeing well put together. For me it's one of the best twists cinema can offer with it's incredible scenario and consistency. Twisted spirits, sacrifice, obsession, dense, suspense, several deep ethics questions and of courses, secrets and secrets. How far two men can go ? Can't wait to watch it again to catch it. "Are you watching closely ?"
