幼い頃に、火災事故と過熱する報道がきっかけで家族を失ったハミョンは、海で助けてくれたゴンピルの養子となりダルポと名前を変えて、生活することになる。嘘をつくとしゃっくりがでてしまう“ピノキオ症候群”のイナと共に生活するダルポは、イナの母が当時報道を歪曲したチャオクだと知りつつも、イナを好きになっていく。そしてイナとチャオクがきっかけで、放送記者になることに。過去と直面するダルポ、母に利用される形で記者の夢が叶ったイナ、イナに好意をもつボムジョ、ハミョンが自分のことを好きだと勘違いしてしまったユレ、それぞれが過酷な報道の世界へ飛び込む。成長していく4人が迎える結末とは？そして恋の行方は！？

Im shitting myself i forgot how good this is (rewatched after 3 years to forget the plot & it’s still as goooood as the first tiiiime.) The best kdrama in terms of plot. And i mean it. They don’t do it like this anymore. Tell me if they do. Best kdrama in terms of plot but an overall best drama for me. Tied with WYWS. Every episode just gets better and better. Technically, you’ll know everything from the start but that doesn’t stop it from being really intriguing. I really swear, it’s a must-watch idc what genre you want.
