相変わらずおバカなことばかりしているシンディ（アンナ・ファリス）とショーティ（マーロン・ウェイアンズ）。ある日、単位をエサに調査へ同行させようとするオールドマン教授の策に乗っかってしまい、彼らは超常現象が起こる「ヘルハウス」へと向かう。彼らを待ち受けていたのは、口の悪すぎるオウムや好色な霊、喧嘩に強い黒猫、欲求不満の女の霊、骸骨、…と、次から次へと幽霊が出るわ出るわ。しかし、幽霊に結婚を匂わせて逆に逃げられたり車椅子でカーチェイスしたりと、霊に振り回されているのか振り回しているのかよくわからない一行。助手のドワイト（デイビッド・クロス）が高性能ゴーグルとエネルギー銃を全員に渡し応戦するも、一行は使いこなせず全く役に立たない。家主の亡妻に似たシンディが囮となり、ようやく霊を鎮めることができたのだった。

Although Scary Movie 2 was not as hilarious as the original movie, I still found the film very entertaining with its numerous gags and endless parody of the horror genre. Anna Farris continues to entertain us with her spoof character as the dumb white girl as our main protagonist in the franchise. You will still find yourself laughing along to the jokes and parodies, including the iconic Exorcist.
