インドのジャングルのまんまんなか。川のほとりで人間の赤ん坊を見つけたクロヒョーのバギーラは、自分は育てられないのでオオカミにあずけた。モーグリと名づけられたその子は順調に成長。そして10年。人食いトラのシア・カーンがジャングルにやって来て、モーグリをねらっていることに気がついたオオカミたちは、モーグリを人間の村に帰すことが安全だと考えた。ジャングルの動物たちとすっかりなかよくなっているモーグリは人間の村に行くのをいやがったが、バギーラが村まで送っていくことになった。その夜、バギーラとモーグリが高い木の上で休んでいると、大きなヘビのカアがあらわれ、モーグリをひとくちでのみこもうとした。が、バギーラの気転であやうく命を助けられた。村に帰そうとするバギーラがいやになったモーグリは、自分の好きなようにしたいと考え、なかよくなったクマのバルーと楽しく遊んでいた。

The Jungle Book is a very cute children’s movie with lively, catchy music and animals who talk. Th story focuses on a boy named Mowgli who grows up in the jungle with a pack of wolves. He is hunted by a tiger who wants revenge against Mowgli for what humans have done to him before.

One of the cutest and entertaining Disney cartoon classic! A fun film about a human boy who only knows his life in the jungle part of the wolf pack. We get to watch him meet different jungle friends as he tries to escape the ones who want him out. It’s fun and a heart warming film.

This is a movie I can watch over 20 times because of the catchy songs and the very good story line. Mowgli feels more at home in the jungle and he has friends he meets to help him along the way. Not everyone is a friend though so he also has to be very careful. Great classic Disney movie!
