その日もシカゴは快晴。こんな素敵な日に学校へ行くなんて、バカバカしい。フェリス（マシュー・ブロデリック）は仮病をつかってズル休み。人生は短い、楽しまなくっちゃ、損だ。彼の両親、そして姉も外出してしまった。フェリスは、学校の全生徒用データバンクの彼の累積欠席日数を、パソコンを使って減らす。これに気づいたルーニー校長（ジェフリー・ジョーンズ）は、フェリスのズルの証拠を何とか入手しようとイライラし出した。一方、フェリスは、病気で休んでいる金持ちの坊っちゃんキャメロン（アラン・ラック）を親父さんの61年型フェラーリ250ＧＴカリフォルニアに乗って迎えに来させる。

Classic coming of age film. This 80’s movie seems like just an extremely entertaining movie. The main character is so fearless and takes us out on all his adventures on a day of skipping class. It keeps on the edge as he almost gets caught multiple times and always finds a way out. Ferris is an invincible character that tell the world to follow your gut and do what makes ou happy not what other people tell you to do

This is a classic movie that makes you reminisce about high school. It is full of teenage mischief and overall has a very fun, carefree spirit. Ferris Bueller is a happy-go-lucky but also extremely intelligent and conniving student that jumps through hoops in order to get a day off of school. Overall just a very light hearted movie to watch with family.
